CHRISTIANS AND JEWS BARRED FROM TEMPLE MOUNT

In May of 1982, it was a privilege to visit Israel with a large Christian group and especially gratifying to preach from the Mount where the Lord gave His sermon (referred to as the Sermon on the Mount). In those days, the Israelis controlled all of the land area including the West Bank. We were free to move about the country primarily because the IDF's presence was everywhere.
One of the many highlights of the tour was visiting the Temple Mount. I stood on the spot where the orthodox Rabbi's believe the Holy of Holies was located. I also took some great pictures of the Eastern Gate both from inside and outside the temple mount. One picture is from the Garden of Gethsemane and is quite breath-taking from the perspective that Jesus prayed in or near the same spot. In addition, I befriended an Israeli Rabbi who took me beneath the temple mount through a narrow tunnel to a large pad-locked metal door. I asked him what was behind it and he said - the ground level entrance to the Holy of Holies (the current ground level is about 30 feet above where it was in the days of Jesus).
The area that incited the most emotion, at least for me, was Golgotha or the place of the skull and the garden tomb. Our British guide informed us that Jesus was more than likely crucified at the bottom of the hill and not the top for the Roman road extending from Jericho (the lowest point on earth) to Damascus ran along the bottom of the gnarled hill and was directly outside the Damascus Gate. The Via Delarossa - the route Jesus took to the cross leads to the Damascus Gate. The Romans hung the malefactors on crosses along the Jericho Road as a deterrent to criminal acts that threatened Roman peace. The Kabbalistic Pharisees accused Jesus of being a traitor to Rome by claiming to be the King of the Jews. Against Pilate's wishes, they screamed to crucify Jesus and said unbeknown to them a most prophetic judgment - "Crucify him and let his blood be upon our hands and that of our children" and it has. This same Kabbalistic spirit rules Israel today both from a religious and a political perspective.
The garden tomb was very moving as we were allowed to enter the tomb. It was obvious the owner was a rich man because a winepress was nearby - a characteristic of the wealthy. What caught my attention was the rock had been hewed out to make it longer for a body to rest. That may imply Jesus was taller than the average Jew. It was obvious to me that the tomb had been adjusted for length after the original construction. The hill of the skull and the garden tomb are all supported by the Scriptures (Luke 23:50-53; Matthew 27:57-60).
According to the WND article above, Jews and Christians are now barred from the temple mount - only Muslims have access. This is Scriptural according to Revelation 11:1-2 which says the temple mount shall be given to the Gentiles for 42 months. Arabs are Gentiles. Although it is my studied opinion that the Antichrist will be Jewish, he will be in league with the Muslims and Kabbalistic Jews that hate Jesus and Christians as well as all non-Kabbalistic Jews. The Jewish hierarchy are all Kabbalists.
This decision by the Jewish authorities is just another pathway to fulfilling prophecy.
